This line hit me again recently, like a whisper from the past and a promise for the future.
These last few days, I gave myself a real gift…
Time.
Time to reconnect with old friends, mentors, teachers, and unexpected characters that left a real mark on me.
And what stood out the most wasn’t just the hugs, the laughs, or the memories…
It was the evolution. The shift. The growth. How our thinking gets re-shaped and re-designed based on our experiences, our habits.
Because while we’ve all gone through our own mess, magic, and metamorphosis—one truth remains:
Change is happening whether we’re noticing it or not.
Meeting up with people like Philip Radice from the Atelier Teatro Fisico or Italo Fazio from Teatrazione reminded me how important it is to say thank you while people are still around to hear it.
They gave me lessons, yes—but they also gave me space to explore, fail, grow, try again.
Like Rudi, my black belt exam partner—who stood beside me in a challenge that taught me more than just technique.
Like Beppe, my partner in magic—who still believes, like I do, that magic is not just tricks, but truths disguised as wonder.
And a huge heartfelt thanks to Angelo Totaro, who invited me to hold a 1-hour seminar. What unfolded from that moment and his own life story reminded me:
Even when life hits hard, we can still show up and create impact.
We don’t need to be fully healed to be of help.
You never know how powerful your presence is… until someone tells you it changed their day.
To all of you, near or far—thank you.
Some of you might not know how much you’ve meant to me.
But trust me: you’ve shaped me, inspired me, and reminded me to keep showing up fully—whether on stage, in a coaching session, or simply as a friend.
And yes—after 6 years, spending quality time with my mum is another level of magic.
Something about her presence has realigned a few things in me.
Because no matter how far we go… the roots still matter.
To those reading this, I’ll leave you with something that may be worth saving or sharing:
Check in with the people who shaped you.
Say thank you before it’s overdue.
Your next version is waiting on the other side of a brave reconnection.
And remember:
You’re not alone.
You’re not behind.
You’re just getting ready for your next chapter.
Next week, new adventure.
Let’s keep evolving—together.
