A friend once told me:
“A foolish woman treats her man like a slave —
and becomes the slave’s wife.
A wise woman treats her man like a King —
and becomes the Queen.”
And here’s the catch.
Not all kings can act like kings.
Some think wearing the crown means to simply never lifting a finger.
Not all queens can act like queens, either.
Some expect a king to fund their every indulgence… and if you dare point that out, suddenly you’re insecure, controlling, or “not man enough.”
...
Result?
One ends up to be the asshle.
The other, the btch.
Or something like that.
!!
Without clear direction, without mature understanding, without real communication…
…it’s not a partnership between a King and a Queen.
It’s just one/two peasants with expectations, confusion, and no responsible accountability.
So maybe the real question isn’t WHO is wrong.
Maybe it’s WHO you’re choosing to be.
KNOW THYSELF, OTHERS, AND THE WORLD AROUND YOU, AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
Change before extinction.
